Our Physical Reset Service is tailored for Sparkling* devices that have been restricted and need reactivation. By utilising our service, we will reset and activate your device in Eswatini (Swaziland), enabling you to reset connectivity for an additional 60 days. We offer two flexible options to suit your needs: one includes a loan unit to ensure uninterrupted internet access, and the other is for those who can manage without internet temporarily.

Essential Requirement: Your Sparkling* device must have an active Eswatini (Swaziland) subscription to use this service. The subscription costs R1,900 per month. You're good to go if your kit is already set up in Eswatini! Stay Connected Without Interruption

Loan Unit Included (R1,800 per month): We provide a loan Sparkling* unit with an active subscription, ensuring you experience no downtime while your kit is reset.

1. Sign Up: Add this service to your cart and complete the checkout process.
2. Schedule Collection: We will contact you after your purchase to arrange a convenient collection date.
3. Loan unit: We'll send a loan unit to you
4. Pack Your Kit: Please securely pack your kit in its original box. Gen 2’s need to be stowed before being placed in the box. (Please only send the dish)
5. Courier Collection: We will send you a waybill that needs to be printed and secured to the box. A courier will pick up your Sparkling* dish on the scheduled date.
6. Kit Activation: We physically take your dish to Eswatini (Swaziland), where we will reset and activate your dish. After activation, your device should work for another 60 days.
7. Return Delivery: Your original dish will be returned promptly after the reset.
8. Loan Unit Return: Once your kit has been returned, we'll send you a waybill to return our loan unit. Pack the kit into our box and secure the waybill to the box.

Important Notice:

• We cannot guarantee that the device will remain active, as this is under Sparkling*’s control.
• The price includes courier costs to and from your location.
• You are still responsible for maintaining your Starlink subscription.
• Loan units are subject to availability, if there are no kits available at the time of purchase, you will be added to the queue and notified once a unit can be dispatched
