  • No Loan Unit: This service, priced at R2,199 (once-off), does not include a loan unit. Please note that you will be without internet access from the courier’s collection of your kit until it is returned to you.

  • Schedule Collection: We will contact you after your purchase to arrange a convenient collection date.
  • Pack Your Kit: Please securely pack your kit in its original box. Gen 2’s need to be stowed before being placed in the box. (Please only send the dish)
  • Courier Collection: We will send you a waybill that needs to be printed and secured to the box. A courier will pick up your Sparkling* dish on the scheduled date.
  • Kit Activation: We physically take your dish to Eswatini (Swaziland), where we will reset and activate your dish. After activation, your device should work for another 60 days.
  • Return Delivery: Your original dish will be returned promptly after the reset.

Our Physical Reset Service is specifically designed for Sparkling* devices that have been restricted and require reactivation. By utilising our service, we will reset and activate your device in Eswatini (Swaziland), enabling you to regain connectivity for an additional 60 days. We offer two service options to suit your needs: one that includes a loan unit to ensure continuous internet access and another without a loan unit for those who can manage without internet temporarily (this product does not include a loan kit).

Important Requirement:

To use this service, your Sparkling* device must have an active Eswatini (Swaziland) subscription. The Swaziland subscription costs R1,900 per month. If your kit is already registered in Swaziland, you’re all set! If not, you can purchase the necessary subscription service from us using the following link: Device and Subscription Setup.
